Mission

We believe quality housing is simply out of reach for too many people.  In 2024, a Harvard study found that for the first time ever over 30% of all renters at every income level were housing burdened. With more than 30% of their income going to housing, basic needs fall by the wayside. If an emergency occurs, it all too often means tragedy for families and individuals living on the edge.

 

So what are we doing about it? 

 

We're creating our own factory.  We're building our own homes to cut costs and create efficiency.  We're creating communities on behalf of on-the-ground community partners.

But we are not stopping there...

​

All too often housing is not enough.  That's why we're bringing the services that are so desperately needed right to the door of our community members.  Childcare, mental and physical healthcare, community gardens, emergency assistance, job training, transportation and much much more will all be onsite within each community. 

​

In short, we believe the members of our community have everything they need within themselves to thrive.  They just need the opportunity to show it. 

And when they do, they will have the opportunity to own their own home.

And thus, the 7 year journey begins.
